METHOD

This is not massage.
Not bone manipulation.
Not passive treatment.

It is a method to restore joint stability
by working directly with the muscles that support it.

Most joints are controlled by opposing muscles.

When one underworks,
the other compensates.

Stability decreases.
Pain follows.

Why does pain return?

Because stability
was never restored.

We do not force the joint.

We recalibrate the system
that supports it.

We activate the underused muscle.
We reduce excessive tension in the dominant one.

Restore stability.
Movement returns.

No heavy equipment.
No aggressive techniques.
No unnecessary repetition.

Before and after each session,
we measure change.

Muscle output.
Pain response.
Joint mobility.

You will see the difference.

Each intervention
is specific to you.

Understanding the cycle of pain

Many pain problems are related to muscle imbalance around a joint.

Some muscles become overworked and tight, while others stop functioning properly.

If treatment only relaxes the tight muscles, pain may temporarily decrease — but the underlying instability remains.

The body compensates again, and the cycle continues.

The JTA method focuses on correcting this imbalance by activating underused muscles while allowing overworked muscles to relax naturally.

JTA (Joint Treatment & Alignment), developed in Japan by Dr. Hirohide Sasagawa and Dr. Nobu Morishita.

What to Expect

The first session usually takes 90–120 minutes.

We begin with a conversation about your symptoms, movement habits, and daily activities.

Simple movement tests are then used to assess joint mobility and muscle balance.

Based on this assessment, we work with the JTA method to restore stability in the body.

Before and after the session, we check changes in muscle output, pain response, and joint mobility.

You will also learn a small number of simple exercises that help maintain the improvement at home.
