The studio is designed for ongoing care and continuity, not for one-time or drop-in treatment.

Active membership is required to maintain an ongoing care relationship.

2. Sessions & Continuity

  • All members begin with an Initial Session when a comprehensive reassessment is clinically required.

  • Follow-up Sessions are scheduled based on individual condition and professional judgment.

  • The studio’s approach prioritizes long-term body balance and maintenance rather than episodic care.

6. Definition of Initial Session

An Initial Session is required when a comprehensive reassessment and new treatment strategy are clinically necessary.

This may apply in cases such as:

  • First-time visits

  • A gap of approximately three months or longer since the last session

  • Significant or unrelated changes in symptoms

  • New injuries or conditions requiring reassessment

Ongoing or related symptoms during regular maintenance are treated as Follow-up Sessions.

The determination is based on professional judgment, with consideration for continuity and fairness.

7. Membership Termination

With notice

  • Membership may be terminated at any time with notice.

  • The membership fee for the notice month will be charged, and services remain available until the end of that month.

Without notice

  • If no sessions are attended for two consecutive months, the studio will contact the member to confirm intent.

  • Membership obligations may remain active for up to two months, following the last attended session, after which membership is terminated.

  • CharLet Body shall contact the member regarding continuation status and outstanding membership obligations.

8. Membership Changes

Membership plan changes generally take effect from the next billing cycle.
This policy helps maintain scheduling consistency, continuity of care, and fair billing operations.
