6. Definition of Initial Assessment
An Initial Assessment may be recommended when a comprehensive reassessment is clinically appropriate.
This may include:
First-time visits
Significant changes in symptoms or condition
New injuries or unrelated concerns
Extended gaps in care where reassessment is advisable
The decision is based on professional judgment and individual circumstances rather than time alone.
7. Membership Termination
With notice
Membership may be terminated at any time with notice.
The membership fee for the notice month will be charged, and services remain available until the end of that month.
Without notice
If no sessions are attended for two consecutive months, the studio will contact the member to confirm intent.
Membership obligations may remain active for up to two months, following the last attended session, after which membership is terminated.
CharLet Body shall contact the member regarding continuation status and outstanding membership obligations.
Membership will not be terminated automatically due to a single missed payment.
However, CharLet Body reserves the right to terminate Membership in cases of prolonged non-payment, extended loss of contact, or other circumstances that make continuation of the Membership relationship impractical.
