Membership & Referral Private Studio

1. Membership Basis

CharLet Body operates as a referral-based, membership-only studio.
The studio is designed for ongoing care and continuity, not for one-time or drop-in treatment.

Active membership is required to maintain an ongoing care relationship.

2. Sessions & Continuity

  • All members begin with an Initial Session when a comprehensive reassessment is clinically required.

  • Follow-up Sessions are scheduled based on individual condition and professional judgment.

  • The studio’s approach prioritizes long-term body balance and maintenance rather than episodic care.

3. Session Flow (Overview)

  • Intake and condition check
(Initial Sessions include a more detailed assessment)

  • Individual self-care guidance

Specific methods and depth are determined according to each member’s condition.

  • VIP Members receive priority access to scheduling within operating capacity.

  • Appointments are confirmed on a first-booked basis.

5. Cancellations & Adjustments

  • Adjustments or time changes requested within 24 hours may be accommodated when possible, depending on availability.

  • Sessions missed without prior notice are charged in full according to the member’s agreed payment method.

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations or adjustments may result in modified booking privileges.

  • To reschedule or cancel a session, please contact us directly via WhatsApp.

6. Definition of Initial Session

An Initial Session is required when a comprehensive reassessment and new treatment strategy are clinically necessary.

This may apply in cases such as:

  • First-time visits

  • A gap of approximately three months or longer since the last session

  • Significant or unrelated changes in symptoms

  • New injuries or conditions requiring reassessment

Ongoing or related symptoms during regular maintenance are treated as Follow-up Sessions.

The determination is based on professional judgment, with consideration for continuity and fairness.

7. Membership Termination

With notice

  • Membership may be terminated at any time with notice.

  • The membership fee for the notice month will be charged, and services remain available until the end of that month.

Without notice

  • If no sessions are attended for two consecutive months, the studio will contact the member to confirm intent.

  • Membership fees may be charged for up to two months following the last attended session, after which membership is terminated.

8. Professional Boundaries

  • CharLet Body does not provide emergency or medical services.

  • Treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

  • Members are responsible for communicating relevant medical or physical information.
